Today we celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday by having a special day dedicated to him. We wore our pj's and brought in our favorite Dr. Seuss books. Look above at the picture and you can see which ones are our favorites! Check out some of the fun activities we did:
We had 'Green Eggs and Ham' for breakfast. Then we made a graph that showed if we liked it or not...we had 5 yes votes and 2 no votes (which included Kenzie, Mr. Steve and Ms. Jen)!
No Dr. Seuss celebration can be complete without a 'Cat in the Hat' hat, so of course we had to make them!
After reading 'The Foot Book', we traced our own feet, counted them, placed them in a line, etc. How silly can feet be?! Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss...thanks for all the great books!!
