ABC Art Projects

Last week we made an 'A for Apple Tree' project for art. This week we made 'B for Bumblebee' projects. We do a project each Monday that we have a letter of the week. I will hold on to all of them until we finish the alphabet and will bind them into a book for you to keep. You can see your child's project at pick up time if you'd like. Here's a sample of this weeks. Each week has a cute little poem that we read...turns into quite the keepsake! :)

Our First Day!!

Today was our first day and what a day it was.  We had fun getting to know each other and learn all the daily routines.  We read a book called 'Joey's First Day' that made us all feel happy about our first day.  I hope all my little friends had as much fun as I did...it's going to be a great year!!

Happy 5th Birthday to Kenzie (July 8th)!

Kenzie wanted to celebrate her upcoming birthday today before summer camp was over.  Thanks for the yummy cupcakes.  Happy 5th birthday to you.  It's fun to be five!  :)

Summer Fun

Look at all these cute kiddos enjoying a homemade snow cone on a hot summer day. Oh, and let's not forget about all the fun that was had on the Slip-n-Slide. Ahhhh, isn't it fun to be a kid at summer camp?!

Bounce House Fun

We had fun playing in the bounce house this morning before it got too hot! Thanks Elise for sharing...we had fun!

Jellyfish

Today at camp we made a jellyfish snack out of english muffins, strawberry cream cheese, and string cheese (tentacles). Turned out cute and yummy.

First Day of Summer Camp!!

Today was our first day of summer camp and a full house it was! We had nine friends joining in on the fun. We learned about whales and had a blast on the slip-n-slide.
